UCLA expands with new sites in South Bay

UCLA is securing two locales having a place with Marymount California College in Rancho Palos Verdes and San Pedro — properties that will support admittance to a UCLA schooling and upgrade the college's effect in the district.

The land procurement is the biggest in UCLA history, empowering the guidance of almost 1,000 understudies.

Marymount California College, or MCU, stopped activities recently because of increasing expenses and declining enlistments.

While there was serious interest in the properties from private engineers, UCLA and MCU arrived at an arrangement generally due to their common instructive reason.
