The Annabelle doll was a Raggedy Ann doll gifted to a nursing student named Donna in the 1970s. Donna and her roommate Angie noticed strange occurrences surrounding the doll, including unexplained movements and notes written on parchment paper that read “Help us” and “Help Lou” (referring to Donna’s boyfriend).
