Bike Maintenance Tips: If you are going out on the bike after evening, make sure that the bike’s indicators are working properly and check other important things. With some regular checks, you can stay safe on the road and avoid accidents. Know what 5 important things should be kept in mind before taking the bike on the road…
1) Check the tire air pressure
It is very important to have adequate air pressure in the tire, so that the bike can run properly on the road. Low air pressure can make it difficult to ride the bike. If you are unable to measure the air pressure in your tires, check the tire by pressing it with your hands. If the air seems low or any problem is felt, get it filled immediately. This process is easy and inexpensive.
2) Don’t forget to check the brakes
Brakes play a vital role in the safety of the bike. Check the brakes before you hit the road. Address any problems with the brake pads, brake fluid, or wiring immediately. Bad brakes can cause accidents.

3) Check the chain lubrication
The bike’s chain should have adequate lubrication. Check the chain by touching or looking at it to see if it is lubricated. A dry chain can affect the bike’s performance. Also check the looseness of the chain, as a too loose chain can be unsafe on the road
4) Check the indicators
If you are going out in the evening, check the indicators of the bike. Make sure that the indicators are working properly, as faulty indicators can cause accidents on the road. Also check the headlight.
5) Take care of the bike’s display
Modern bikes have electronic displays. After turning on the ignition, pay attention to the display. If the fuel indicator is giving wrong information or there are other problems related to the display, get it checked as soon as possible. It should not happen that the display keeps showing that there is fuel, while in reality the fuel tank is empty.
