Akshay Kumar has sold his flat to music director Dabboo Malik (father of Armaan Malik and Amaal Malik) and his wife Jyoti Malik. It is being told that this flat of Akshay Kumar was in Andheri area, for which he has made a deal of Rs 6 crore with Dabboo and Jyoti.
It is being told that Akshay Kumar bought this flat in 2017 for around Rs 4.12 crore. Accordingly, he has made a profit of about Rs 1.88 crore.
One in four properties bought in 2017
According to reports, the flat that Akshay Kumar has sold to Dabboo Malik is one of the four properties he bought in November 2017 at Transcon Triumph Tower in Andheri West area. Akshay had collectively paid Rs 15.1 crore for these four flats.
The carpet area of the flat given to Dabboo Malik is said to be 1281 sq ft, while a balcony of 59 sq ft is included with it separately.
Akshay invested in property even in January
Reports quoted real estate experts as saying that Akshay Kumar often invests in property. He bought a property in Khar West’s Joy Legend Building in January this year, for which he has paid Rs 7.84 crore.
Similarly, in December last year also, he did Lodha codename No. of Lodha Place located in Upper Worli. Bought a property in 1, the value of which is said to be around Rs 4.85 crore.
