Vivo is going to launch a new smartphone in India. The new T2 Pro 5G model will be the third model in the T2 series. A day before the launch, Vivo revealed the camera specifications of the handset to interested buyers. The listing on Flipkart revealed that the Vivo T2 Pro will have a 64-megapixel primary camera on the back. The smartphone is a rebranded version of the iQOO Z7 Pro. This has been speculated for a long time and the iQOO Z7 Pro also has the same sensor as the main camera.
Notably, the main camera on the rear panel of the Vivo T2 Pro 5G will offer optical image stabilization (OIS) support along with an Aura Light LED ring. The camera setup will include a 2-megapixel depth sensor along with the main camera. A 16-megapixel selfie camera can be seen on the front of the phone. Also, the online listing confirmed that the device will have a curved display. The phone has been found in the Curved AMOLED display category. The display is expected to offer a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution.
In terms of performance, the Vivo T2 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor. Other notable features of the phone include a 4,600mAh battery with 66W fast charging support, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3 and an under-display fingerprint scanner. Vivo will reveal the price along with all the features by 12 p.m. (September 22).
