Hanuman Jayanti is a Hindu festival that commemorates Lord Hanuman’s birth anniversary as the Param Bhakt of Shri Rama, who is said to have put an end to his followers’ sufferings. Hanuman Jayanti is observed on the full moon day of the Chaitra month, according to the Hindu calendar. It occurs in the months of March and April on the Gregorian calendar.
