According to reports, the 31-year-old player will leave Bayern Munich to join Al-Nassr this summer. Mane will be Ronaldo’s teammate for the transfer fee of 30 million euros. Al-Nassr is currently banned by FIFA from buying footballers. They were banned from buying new players because they could not pay the money of former footballers.
In 2018, the Saudi Arabian club signed Ahmed Musa from Leicester City. They released Musa in 2020. But the club did not pay the add-ons as per the terms of the contract. AL-Nassr received a ban from FIFA for not paying £390,000. To register Sadio Mane, the club have to solve the problem of Ahmed Musa. Fifa has confirmed that the ban will be lifted only if the issue is resolved.
