Sadio Mane was playing with full potential in Liverpool. He joined Bayern Munich last season for a new challenge. But his time in the German club did not go as planned. Injuries have ruined his career. Bayern Munich sold Mane to Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr without giving him a second chance. The Senegalese striker’s agent can’t accept the decision. According to him, Bayern made a very bad decision from a footballing point of view.

Mane’s agent said in an interview, “Selling Mane is not a football decision. Quality pay was a source of resentment for the Germans. They couldn’t believe how, being an African, Mane joined Bayern and was paid more than others. So they wanted to get rid of it.” Sadio Mane is only 31 years old. He still had a lot to offer in European football. Mane deserved a chance to prove himself in Bayern’s jersey. But Thomas Tuchel did not give him that chance.
The agent said that Mane should play as the third-choice left winger in his team. Sadio Mane’s agent said, “They didn’t say anything to Sadio Mane face to face. They just sent him to Tuchel for sale. To inform him that he is the third-choice left winger. Sadio was given no chance to prove anything in Germany. Where he is today is because of Liverpool. Bayern is ungrateful. Thanks to Liverpool.
Karim Benzema and Sadio Mane have left the two top European clubs, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, to join the Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad and Al Nassr. Mane’s agent Bacary Cisse has not held back his words regarding how his client Mane was treated. The Senegalese agent has accused the Bavarian club of racism and a few other unfair treatments amongst other things. Cisse said, “They were paying an African all this heavy money, and that hurt them.”
The German club is also not quite. The official statement was released by the club. Official Statement, “We have terminated our contract with Sadio Mane by mutual agreement. Accusations of racism, as formulated by Sadio’s entourage, are and have been baseless from the start. Our coach Thomas Tuchel never told Sadio he couldn’t use him anymore. We wish Sadio all the best and success at his new club.”
