Manchester United defeated Manchester City 2-1 at Old Trafford in the Premier League on 14/01/2023. Jack Grealish had put City ahead after jumping off the bench but late goals from Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford grabbed the win for United. The equalizer from Fernandes was very controversial as Rashford was stood in an offside position and although he didn’t touch the ball. The Red Devils have now won nine-straight games in all competitions. They have 38 points and are just one point behind second-place Manchester City and six points behind leaders Arsenal.
