Afghan cricketer distributes money to needy people

Afghan cricketer Rahmanullah Gurbaz is being praised everywhere around the world. Recently he was seen helping the poor on the streets of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. When the video went viral on social media, everyone started praising the young Afghan batsman known for his powerful hitting. Politician Shashi Tharoor has also been included in this list.

Congress leader and Thiruvananthapuram MP Shashi Tharoor praised the kind behaviour of Gurbaz and said that it is bigger than any century he has scored or any record he has made. Gurbaz was seen distributing money to homeless people sleeping on the footpath at 3 am in the streets of Ahmedabad. He was seen giving the money without saying anything. This video was recorded by a random person. The video shows that Gurbaz is not only a good batsman, but he is also a good human being.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), the home IPL team of Gurbaz, also shared the video, in which he can be seen giving money to people sleeping on the footpath. Let us tell you that Afghanistan surprised the whole world by defeating the three World Cup winners Pakistan, England and Sri Lanka in this World Cup. They finished in the 6th place with 8 points. Afghanistan was about to qualify for the semi-finals but missed by some margins.
